Trampoline park software, from the waiver to the back office

PlayAreaOS gives a trampoline park the four things its day turns on: a waiver signed before the first jump, timed sessions on a board the whole team can read, a court that never quietly goes over its number, and a front desk that carries on selling when the connection drops.

Signed before the first jump

Every jumper arrives with a waiver on file, signed in your own wording on a phone, from a link sent ahead or a QR code at the door. A group that has been before is already on file, so a Saturday queue moves at the speed of the desk rather than the speed of a clipboard.

Sessions on one board

Every jumper on the court is a clock on one board, matched to the colour band on their wrist, so the marshals know who is due off next without walking back to the desk. Time-up shows plainly across a loud room, a jumper who stays on is flagged, and extra time sells at the desk like anything else.

How full the court is, right now

The count runs against the park's own capacity figure, so the desk knows when to hold the next group at the door and the owner knows what a full house actually looks like. Each site keeps its own number. The capacity management guide covers how to arrive at that number.

The office behind the park

Staff rota with clock-in, payroll and its payslips, supplier bills, stock and the full reports suite all run behind the same login, drawing on the sessions and shifts the day already recorded. Records are copied off-site nightly, over an encrypted connection to storage that encrypts what it keeps.

Questions

What does a park pay?

One subscription for the organisation, rather than a charge per POS or per jumper, billed monthly or yearly. Three bundles cover progressively more of the business, and the pricing page lists what is in each. Email info@playareaos.com and the team will quote the one that fits.

How do we get our records out of the system we use today?

Your product list and your customer list come in as CSV from whatever you run now, with a check report first so nothing is written blind. The park keeps trading on the old system until go-live. The switching page sets out each step.

How much setting up is there?

The work is your own: session lengths and prices, the waiver wording, the packages, and the capacity figure for the court. With those in, the desk opens a shift and the park is trading.

Who owns the data?

The park's records are the park's. They are copied off-site every night, over an encrypted connection to storage that encrypts what it keeps, and the reports export to CSV whenever you want the numbers in your own hands.
