Live occupancy and per-branch capacity: know how full the floor is right now
PlayAreaOS shows how full your floor is at this moment, counted from the children actually playing and measured against the capacity of that branch. The number is on the timer board and it comes up again at the POS the instant a sale would add another child, so the desk and the floor agree.
Questions
Will it run on the screens we already own?
Yes. It runs in a browser, so the tablet at the desk, the laptop in the office and the television on the wall all show the same live figure. Nothing to install, nothing to buy.
Can my team learn it?
In a shift. It is one number on a board they are already standing in front of, and it means the same thing to the person on the POS as it does to the person out on the frames.
