PlayAreaOS collects your waiver on the parent's own phone: they scan a code in the queue or before they leave home, read your wording and sign. One signature covers the family, and it is on file the next time they visit, so the door stays a welcome rather than a clipboard and a bottleneck.
Questions
Do parents need an app or an account?
No. A parent taps your link or scans the code, signs in the browser on their own phone, and that is the end of it. Nothing to install, on their side or yours.
What happens to my families when I move over?
Import your customer list first and returning families are already on file on your opening day, ready to sign your wording on their next visit. The switching page sets out the order to do it in.
