Software for indoor playgrounds

PlayAreaOS is the operating system for an indoor playground: admission, timed play, waivers, parties, passes and the back office in one browser-based system. It handles the parts of a day a general-purpose register never learned, such as who is on the floor, how long they have left, and how full the playground is right now.

A Saturday, front to back

The doors open and the first family scans the QR code on the front desk to sign your waiver on their own phone. The children go on the clock, each with a color band, and the board fills up. By eleven the party room is turning over, its balance rings up on the same register as the socks and the sodas, and the desk can see at a glance how many places are left before the floor is full.

And the week behind it

Staff scheduling and clock-in, payroll, supplier bills, stock and reports sit behind the same login and read from the shifts and sales the day already produced, so an owner is checking numbers rather than assembling them. Every price, package, tax rate and word a parent reads is yours to write. Records are copied off-site every night, over an encrypted connection to storage that encrypts what it keeps.

Questions

How is PlayAreaOS priced?

One subscription per organization, billed monthly or yearly. Three bundles cover progressively more of the business, from the front desk alone up to the front desk plus the whole back office, so a playground pays for the shape it actually is. What each bundle covers is on the pricing page.

How do we move off the system we run now?

Export your products and customers from whatever you use today, load them, and read the check report before anything lands. The old system keeps trading throughout, and the change happens on the day you go live. The switching page has the full sequence.

What equipment do we need?

Anything with a modern browser: the tablet on the front desk, a wall screen for the timer board, a phone in a manager's pocket. Nothing to install and nothing to buy.

Do parents have to download anything?

No. Parents scan a QR code, and the waiver, the party booking form, the price list and the feedback page each open as a normal web page on the phone they are already holding.

What happens when we open a second location?

It becomes a branch of the same organization, with its own capacity, cash, shifts, schedule and reports, while the price list, the staff and the family list stay shared. Nothing has to be built twice.
