They will, because you write them. Every message leaves in your venue's own words, and you can rewrite any of them whenever the season, the packages or the mood changes.
Can I bring my contacts over from the system I use now?
Yes, from a spreadsheet export, and you can start sending as soon as they land. The switching guide covers the move step by step.
What if I want to send something one-off, to a particular group?
That is the Emailer. Name the families it should reach, write the message, and it leaves from your venue's own email address — a seasonal offer, a new package, a change of opening hours. It runs alongside the messages that send themselves, on the same family records.
