Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. The POS runs in a web browser on the tablets, phones and laptops your venue already owns, so the counter you have today is the counter you start on.
How do I move across from the system I use now?
Your customers and your product list come over by import, so nobody spends the first morning retyping a catalogue. The switching page sets out what moves and in what order.
One product sold at several prices — do I need a separate tile for each?
No. A product carries its own variations, each with its own price: one hour, two hours and three hours under a single Play time product, or an adult and a child price under one entry. The POS shows one tile, tapping it asks which one, and the sale rings at that variation's price. Your product list stays short instead of growing a tile for every combination, and the receipt records which variation was sold.
