Every night, on its own
A copy of your organisation is written out table by table, each file checksummed as it is made, and a manifest at the end lists what landed, so a short copy is never mistaken for a whole one. The copy travels over an encrypted connection to storage away from the live system, held by a provider that encrypts what it keeps. It runs for every venue from the first night of trading, with nothing to press and nothing on anyone's list, and you can ask for a copy of your own data whenever you want it.
Moving in from what you use now
Your customers, your products and your opening balances come across from a spreadsheet or a POS export, Loyverse included. A check report is produced first and tells you exactly what will land, so the surprises happen on a report rather than in your live data, and running the same file twice writes the same rows once.
